This Conference is jointly organized by the College of Professional and Continuing Education (CPCE) (with its constituent units: the School of Professional Education and Executive Development (SPEED) and the Hong Kong Community College (HKCC)) of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) and the Hong Kong College of Health Service Executives (HKCHSE).

The Academic Discipline of Health and Life Sciences (ADHLS) of CPCE is commissioned to organise this Conference after the two successful conferences in 2016 and 2017 -- CPCE Health Conference 2016 on Aging, Health and Long Term Care, and CPCE Health Conference 2017 on Healthcare Delivery and Financing Reform.

Sessions of the Conference shall include (but not be limited to) the following subthemes: health work force supply and training, health programmes in tertiary education, e-health/telemedicine health, health analytics, financing/insurance, medical tourism, corporate and clinical governance, patient safety, community-based programmes, delivery models, public-private partnership, role of social enterprise.
